Job Description We’re seeking a dynamic People & Performance Business Partner for a 12-month parental leave contract to join our People & Culture team in our Brisbane or Maroochydore offices. In this role, you’ll partner with property leaders across our Australasia portfolio to deliver operational business support and strategic HR initiatives. You’ll leverage your leadership capabilities to mentor teams, ensure compliance, and lead projects that boost engagement and performance, driving Minor Hotels’ growth. Key Responsibilities Provide operational HR support to property managers, including talent, onboarding, and performance management. Lead strategic initiatives and projects to meet Scorecard and Engagement KPIs. Demonstrate leadership capabilities by coaching managers and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Ensure compliance with the Hospitality Industry (General) Award (HIGA), including award interpretations and penalty rates. Drive people development initiatives to unlock team potential and support Minor Hotels’ growth objectives. Promote workplace safety through WHS compliance, incident reporting, and training participation.
