You will assist the Director of People & Culture in the day-to-day operations whilst remaining professional and acting with integrity. What does your workday look like … Come as you are and always have fun and have fun with our people every day; Lead by example to ensure the 25hours culture and brand is embraced; Assist with the onboarding of new employees and prepare employment contracts; Assist with all matters related to recruitment and follow Talent Acquisition requirements; Process departures and ensure Exit Interview surveys are conducted; Maintain the Connect database to manage employee accounts and ensure appropriate access to internal systems; Organise events for employees and the community that reinforce our brand values; Have a good understanding of the Hospitality Industry General Award 2020 and Fair Work Act; Build and maintain positive and productive working relationships; Respond to general enquiries, questions, and requests from employees; Handle all sensitive issues with tact, respect, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
