The Safety Project Officer supports the Safety and Wellbeing team in providing general safety services to our regional and metro partners. Why join our team? The role is designed to help you expand your capabilities and grow your experience in safety and wellbeing. Key Contributions Engage and maintain strong relationships across the Safety and Wellbeing team and department stakeholders. Provide safety and wellbeing support and advice relating to the department's safety management system to managers and employees across groups. Work alongside the Safety and Wellbeing Advisors to provide operational and administration support and ensure safety and wellbeing systems are applied across DEECA's unique work environments. Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications A Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety or working towards would be advantageous Project management experience This is a fixed term position available for a period of 9 months. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
