You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders. Duties and objectives include but are not limited to: Operational oversight of multiple service contracts across the ACT region. Contract analysis to ensure optimal return for client and MSS Security Generating and driving revenue growth through new contracts and expanded services Strong financial analysis skills utilising (or developing) reports to identify trends and inform decision making Assisting in the preparation of business plans, tenders and other reporting as required Developing an operational leadership team promoting a high performance culture Market analysis and strategic growth planning ensuring alignment with MSS Security objectives and operational capacity. Providing client confidence and solutions through support of operational leadership Ensuring service delivery maintains MSS Security's high governance standards. Skills & experience Operational experience within the Security Industry or other high regulation environment an advantage Experience supporting and developing capable and indpendent operational leaders Strong industrial relations knowledge Strong communication skills utilising multiple media including written, online, presentation and in person.
