You possess a recent model smartphone for logging onto jobs and have a current driver's license. You thrive in a collaborative environment while maintaining the drive to complete tasks independently. Proven experience in preparing and executing all repairs/tasks described in the role. Valid driver's license. Forklift ticket (desirable but not essential). Excellent communication skills. Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safe work practices. A keenness to learn and take on new challenges. About The Role: Remove and refit parts Reclad using aluminum, composite, and fiberglass Perform clean, smooth, and effective silicone work Handle moderate to major repairs, including those related to storm damage, impact, fire, wood rot, and more Conduct framework and interior repairs Engage in aluminum fabrication Utilize guillotine, metal rollers, benders, and other equipment Manage basic 12v wiring Adhere to Caravan Fix processes and repair methods Maintain a safe and hazard-free work zone What's In It For You: Join our dynamic team and enjoy a secure career with the potential to advance.
