Oversee complex M&A transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic advice and ensuring client satisfaction. Drive business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and expanding the firm's client base. Implement innovative solutions and streamline processes to improve efficiency and service delivery. The ideal candidate: Minimum of 8 years PQE in corporate law with a strong focus on M&A transactions. Demonstrated success in leading and managing complex M&A deals, with a portfolio of high-profile transactions. Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing junior lawyers. Excellent client relationship management skills, with a focus on delivering strategic and commercially sound advice. Proven ability to generate new business, build a client base, and develop lasting professional relationships.
