Cardijn Alumni Employment Opportunities Casual and Fixed Term (Multiple) Cardijn College produces excellent graduates, many of whom are interested in returning to the College as volunteers or paid employees after graduation. The Cardijn Alumni Employment Opportunities process aims to connect with College alumni and continue to enhance the Family Spirit that Cardijn College develops in its graduates. The program aims to work in partnership with graduates who commence tertiary study in areas that support the broader needs of the community, and who, upon tertiary graduation, may present skills that are desirable for employment in the Cardijn Community. Understanding the underpinning philosophy of Joseph Cardijn’s methodology and the Marist characteristics, these alumni may gain paid, practical experience that supports their area of study and future career aspirations.
