This role requires workers who can remain calm under pressure, respond to challenging behaviors with care and control, and provide structured, consistent support. Client Overview – Behavioral & Mental Health Profile This is a high-risk, highly sexualized male youth client with an extensive trauma background and multiple diagnoses.
