The Service Sales Engineer – Service Sales is responsible for driving sales of service jobs and spare parts for dehumidifier equipment by developing and implementing tailored service solutions to meet customer needs. This role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing accurate sales forecasts and reports, ensuring timely and accurate execution of service jobs, and participating in marketing initiatives to boost sales performance. 1. Service and Spare Parts Sales - Focus on acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones to achieve sales targets and objectives for service jobs and spare parts related to dehumidifier equipment. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share of service jobs and spare parts. 2. Customer Relationship Management - Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing customers to secure and cultivate future business opportunities. Recommend equipment upgrades tailored to customer needs to enhance service and product offerings. 3. Sales Forecasting and Reporting - Deliver accurate monthly sales forecasts and reports for the designated area of responsibility. Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to management. 4. Service Job and Purchase Enforcement - Ensure all service jobs and purchases are correctly captured, ordered, invoiced, and fulfilled in a timely manner. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth execution and delivery of services and parts. 5. Marketing Participation - Participate in marketing initiatives to enhance sales performance. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns for service jobs and spare parts. 6. Customer Engagement and Visits - Engage with existing and new customers through visits to meet sales target levels. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. 7.
