Job Description Lead the Growth of Our Inspections Team! We’re looking for a driven and experienced Business Manager to oversee the operations and commercial performance of our Inspections division — including NDT, Smart NDT, and OCTG services across Australia and PNG. Based in Brisbane, this full-time role will focus on ensuring profitability at each site, with a strong focus on sales and business development. Your key responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to: Develop and maintain a safety culture that minimises hazards and injuries. Manage operational rollouts to establish growth in line with business plan expatiations. Maintain and develop relationships with clients both locally and internationally. Manage and update dedicated sales tools, including CRM. Develop and monitor a plan for operational expansion. Manage daily operations to ensure work is completed to required standards. Create a culture of high performance and quality through motivation and leadership. Maintain effective communication with senior management and other key business units. Prepare tender responses, quotations, and service order agreements. In addition to other tasks typically expected in this role.
