Your role involves assessing patient needs, initiating treatment for minor injuries and illnesses, and ensuring flexible healthcare delivery by being available for last-minute shifts. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct health assessments and set care priorities. • Provide treatment for minor injuries and illnesses. • Be adaptable in taking on short notice shifts to ensure consistent healthcare delivery. About You You’re a compassionate and dedicated nurse who thrives in fast-paced, high-demand environments. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you're passionate about delivering top-tier healthcare while maintaining professionalism and a positive impact. As the ideal applicant you will have: Unrestricted registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with AHPRA. At least 2 years' full-time post-registration nursing experience in acute care, primary healthcare, or in a defence setting. Recent participation in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in line with AHPRA standards. Current CPR (HLTAID009) certification. Australian Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline Defence security clearance. About Robertson Health Centre Located at Robertson Barracks in Holtze, 15km east of Darwin, Robertson Health Centre supports approximately 2,800 defence personnel, with an additional 2,500 US Marines during their six-month rotation. The health centre provides a wide range of services, including primary medical, dental, physiotherapy, mental health, and a 24/7 ward with 22 beds. Operating hours: Monday to Friday, 0730-1530.
