Your day-to-day Maintain and update the Risk Register, ensure the organization's risk register is accurate, current, and reflective of emerging risks and mitigation actions. Support the risk assessments and assist the Risk Team in conducting risk identification, analysis, and evaluation activities for projects, business units, and strategic initiatives. Coordinate risk mitigation activities, track risk mitigation plans, follow up on assigned actions, and ensure timely closure of risk-related tasks. Prepare risk reports and dashboards, develop clear and insightful risk reports, summaries, and visual dashboards for internal and external stakeholders. Facilitate and support the reporting, and analysis of risk incidents, including documenting outcomes and lessons learned. Support risk awareness initiatives, assist in creating and delivering educational materials, workshops, and communications to promote a risk-aware culture. Coordinate and manage risk documentation, and maintain risk related records. What you will bring Minimum 3 years of experience in risk management and familiarity with risk management frameworks. Knowledge in risk assessment methodologies, analysis, and data-driven risk reporting, with practical experience using Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) systems. Knowledge of the regulatory environment relevant to the industry is highly desirable. Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Risk Management or related field is highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficient In Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with data analysis tools. Be an approachable and proactive partner to a variety of business stakeholders, with the shared goal of creating success for Entain. Be able to communicate your ideas clearly to a range of different audiences and be effective in influencing thinking to embed a culture of continuous improvement.
