About the Role In this diverse and rewarding position, you’ll support the smooth operation of various member activities and ensure all processes meet internal and external compliance standards. You’ll act as a liaison between groups and key stakeholders, oversee risk management, and maintain essential administrative functions, including documentation, reporting, and meeting coordination. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate member-driven initiatives, providing guidance and administrative support. Ensure activities comply with relevant policies and regulations. Liaise with stakeholders including regulatory bodies, insurers, and internal teams. Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate documentation. Contribute to a positive, inclusive community experience. About You We’re looking for someone with: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience with governance, compliance, or operational oversight. The ability to manage risk, maintain attention to detail, and work independently. A background in not-for-profit, education, youth, or community sectors (highly desirable). This role will suit a candidate with life experience and a calm, mature approach, or someone earlier in their career who demonstrates professionalism and initiative.
