Regular interaction with clients alongside typical administrative duties are all features of this role however the person we’re looking for also brings an interest in the world of finance and a desire to grow and develop in this exciting sector. Our client is a leading financial advisory and stockbroking firm with clients ranging from individuals through to large corporations. The role: General admin and ad hoc duties including filing, archiving, printing Serve as the first point of contact by welcoming clients and handling incoming calls, addressing inquiries or directing them to the appropriate advisor. Diary management including scheduling meetings Undertake the onboarding process for new and existing clients, including updating banking and contact information, and assisting with the completion of application forms.
