Now we need a leader who can match that vibe and elevate it even further. The Role – Venue Manager This is a hands-on, floor-first leadership role. We’re looking for a serious operator who leads by example, creates a fun and accountable team culture, and knows how to drive results. What You’ll Be Doing: Leading from the floor – your time is with the team, not behind a desk Creating and maintaining a positive, energetic, and inclusive team culture Driving sales while keeping labour and COGS under control Managing stock, compliance, safety, and store presentation Hiring, training, and mentoring your team for long-term growth Owning your venue’s performance and bringing our brand values to life You’ll Thrive If You: Have 2 years of experience managing high-performing hospitality or QSR venues Are ready to relocate or return to Australia for the right opportunity Know how to balance fun and structure – leading with energy and accountability Have a proven record of lifting sales and managing labour/costs effectively Are proactive, people-focused, and ready to take full ownership of your store Why Join Yo-Chi?
