This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dedicated OT team (up to 15 staff) delivering high-quality care across a diverse mix of acute, community, and aged care settings — all while enjoying the relaxed lifestyle of regional Victoria. *Part-time hours considered Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor OT staff in line with clinical governance and strategic plans. Develop and implement service planning and business strategies for the OT department. Collaborate with the wider Allied Health Management team and contribute to cross-discipline leadership.
