The Opportunity In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and customers visiting the essential oils showroom. You’ll play a crucial role in delivering a welcoming, premium experience while also supporting day-to-day administrative tasks. Your responsibilities & duties Greet customers and clients with warmth and professionalism Manage phone and email enquiries, ensuring prompt and helpful responses Maintain showroom presentation and restock displays when needed Assist with customer orders, samples, and product information Coordinate incoming appointments and walk-in visitors Support general office tasks, including data entry and mail distribution Provide support to the wider team across administration and light marketing Keep the front-of-house running smoothly and efficiently Your skills & experience Prior receptionist or front-of-house experience A genuine interest in wellness, beauty, or essential oils is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident using basic systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and Outlook A warm and approachable nature - you're someone who makes people feel at ease Well-presented and organised with a proactive attitude Their benefits to you Beautiful, calming workspace filled with essential oils Ongoing training and development in wellness products Friendly and supportive team culture Full-time role with consistent hours and stability Employee discounts and wellness perks How to apply To apply for this position online, please click 'Apply'.
