Employee Recognition Key Responsibilities : Perform maintenance and repair of electronic systems on audio devices, instruments, and equipment used in productions and events. Troubleshoot and repair electronic controls on instruments, audio devices, and equipment for productions and events. Conduct general maintenance on instruments, including reassembly, testing, and adjustments for optimal performance during productions and events. Program and troubleshoot electronic modules to ensure seamless operation. Oversee the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and calibration of equipment and control systems. Diagnose and test machine and system faults, recommending improvements to simplify assembly and maintenance. Record failure data in a computerized tracking system and generate relevant reports. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure an efficient workflow. Support the development and enforcement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Provide guidance on proper operating procedures to prevent malfunctions. Assist with coordinating equipment check-ins and check-outs on the factory floor. Perform after-hours fieldwork, field service, special projects, and emergency repairs as required. Direct general inquiries to the appropriate channels for resolution. Undertake additional duties related to the department’s peripheral activities as directed. To succeed in this role, you will need : Relevant qualifications in Electronics or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Ability to quickly learn and apply new knowledge and techniques. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Effective communication and people management skills.
