By accurately packing and delivering our customer online orders in full and on time, we work together to elevate pressure off our stores and exceed customer expectations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about starting in their career with Bunnings What you’ll do: Pick and pack orders with precision and care Manual handling including the lifting and moving of large, bulky products Monitor merchandise and replenishment of products Focus on safety and training protocols Communicating with the team and leadership and contribute positively to the team culture Who we’re looking for: Our ideal candidate is a team player who can work autonomously, with a passion for customer service. Ideally, you’ll have experience in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, can think on your feet, while fostering a positive team culture. Good communication skills and the ability to work safely is essential. You’ll need: Previous experience working in a similar role, with a focus on picking orders and/or cycle counting, product sequencing Any experience in the trade or building industry would be an added bonus You have good time management skills and have a keen eye for detail.
