What We're Looking For: Operations Coordinator This position will be accountable for managing the day to day operational requirements for our Sale Depot. You Will: Confirm attendance of all drivers in accordance with designated roster Provide effective instruction to drivers to ensure operational outcomes are achieved Complete timesheets and maintain payroll data to capture operational activities of the day Address driver performance - providing feedback, coaching, referral to training, or counselling as required Submit uniform orders About You: Experience within a similar supervisory role Exceptional customer service and communication skills Excellent problem solving and decision making ability Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to multi task and work under pressure Good administrative skills Benefits of Working at Dyson: Enjoy a friendly and collaborative work environment where your input is valued.
