The role As the Finance Business Partner – Network Profitability, you will provide strategic commercial and financial expertise to influence key decisions across 7-Eleven’s national store network. Working closely with senior leaders, your insights will play a critical role in shaping network growth, investment priorities, and long-term profitability. Lead the tracking and analysis of store profitability, identifying trends and opportunities as well as facilitating forums with senior leaders to address performance. Support the planning, prioritisation, and performance tracking of capital investments, ensuring alignment with strategic and financial goals. Support budgeting processes related to capital expenditure, ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment with enterprise priorities. Partner with Network Planning to deliver financial insights that support strategic decision-making on future store formats and network expansion opportunities. Work closely with the Commercial Finance Manager, acting as a key support and trusted partner in driving financial performance and delivering strategic priorities. About you Strong financial acumen with a proven track record in profitability analysis and ROI evaluation. Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships across the business and present commercial analysis to senior leaders, driving strategic decision-making. Proactive and analytical, with a strong attention to detail and a strategic, commercial mindset. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and tracking performance to ensure alignment with financial goals. Ideally, you have experience in a retail environment and are self-motivated, with the initiative to take ownership of your work and drive outcomes independently. Ability to identify financial opportunities and risks, leveraging critical thinking to deliver clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and drive profitability across the network.
