This is a pivotal role that offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to one of Australia's leading real estate advisory groups. About the Role Based either in Melbourne or Sydney, this full-time position will see you support senior leadership in the delivery of advisory and transactional services to a diverse portfolio of local and global clients. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, discretion, and a commitment to service excellence. Job Description Key Responsibilities Proactive management of the National Director’s calendar, email correspondence, and travel arrangements (domestic and international) Coordination of team meetings, video conferences, and external stakeholder engagements Preparation of high-quality presentations, reports, proposals, and legal documentation Support for client campaigns, including marketing collateral, vendor reports, enquiry registers, and legal coordination Maintenance of LinkedIn profiles and professional branding for the team Expense reconciliation and administrative reporting Event planning and coordination, including liaison with internal marketing and front-of-house teams Data and analytics support, as well as research and document production across team projects Development and maintenance of effective internal and external stakeholder relationships Skills and Experience Minimum 2 years’ experience in a senior executive assistant or high-level administrative role Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage competing priorities High degree of discretion and confidentiality Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe InDesign Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic environment Experience in document presentation, office coordination, and team support functions Qualifications and Attributes Professionally presented with a high level of personal integrity Proactive, solution-focused, and committed to continuous improvement Strong organisational and multitasking capabilities Flexible and adaptable with a collaborative mindset Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
