Key areas of the role are: Growing and leading a team of Rehabilitation Consultants including Seniors Carrying a reduced caseload Managing financial and commercial aspects of the area (with full support) Capability building within the team and maximising staff engagement Relationship management of key clients in the region You will be an experienced Occupational industry professional who is craving the excitement that can come with entering an organisation at this level, with the full backing and support of highly experienced senior management. Right now, it's likely that you are an accomplished Senior Rehab Consultant who has 2-3 years in Occ Rehab Experience mentoring, coaching, and helping build team capability A strong desire to step up and take ownerships of a region Opportunities to step up like this don't come up often, so don't delay in getting your resume across.
