About Your New Role As a fitness instructor with the City, you will foster a positive culture among members and staff, promoting a range of fitness and recreation activities. The role involves conducting fitness assessments, creating personalized programs with health screenings, and leading effective Group Fitness classes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service, engage with members to enhance their experience, and ensure the fitness centre remains a safe and welcoming environment, with proper equipment usage and safety standards maintained.
