The Opportunity A fast moving food production company that is growing, is seeking a dynamic Maintenance Coordinator. You'll be the driving force behind the smooth operation of their state-of-the-art facilities and production output and responsible for ensuring that planning, scheduling, and general maintenance activities are successfully completed. This permanent, full-time role based in the northern suburbs offers you the opportunity to make a significant impact and develop your coordination expertise in a thriving business. Your Role Working closely with the Maintenance Leadership team, you will be an integral part of a high-performing company. In this new position, you will enjoy working within a tight-knit team to ensure that all administration and coordination of maintenance activities are done swiftly and on time. Job includes: Scheduling maintenance (routine, preventive, and corrective) Completing pick up & drop offs to required destinations Coordinating with maintenance technicians and contractors Tracking maintenance work orders and updating maintenance logs or software systems Ordering parts and supplies needed for repairs Ensuring safety standards and compliance with regulations Communicating with other departments to minimize disruptions About You Good administration and organisational skills Proficient in MS 365 and all forms of communication Ability to remain calm when under high pressure situations whilst understanding the urgency of situations Great team player, you are accountable and reliable You have exposure to mechanical, electrical, or facility systems Apply Now To register your interest, submit your current confidential CV via the application link or email us at welcome@thechilligroup.com.au.
