Lead the conceptualisation, research, scripting, and editing of complex stories and segments. Ensure all broadcast material adheres to the highest standards of accuracy and legal compliance. Oversee live caller management, ensuring seamless and appropriate on-air contributions. Collaborate with Sales, Promotions, News, and Digital teams to develop integrated content strategies and commercial opportunities. Proactively identify and pursue significant story leads, cultivating key sources and interviewees.
