Due to a steady uptake in work, this studio is looking to appoint permanently an Architect who is passionate about high performance dwellings. The ideal individual will have a curious mind and an interest in innovation within new build and renovation residential typologies. This role will see you leading new build and renovation developments from the inception of the project through to project completion. Engage with clients to understand their vision and translate it into actionable designs. You will work across: Schematic Design in ArchiCAD or SketchUp Town Planning Construction Documentation & Detailing Contract Administration Coordination of Consultants Client Management This boutique studio also welcomes those with an interest in social media marketing, and those with a general interest in the business of architecture as well.
