With a leadership team poised for success, they seek a capable Associate who can run end to end projects in green-blue infrastructure as well as smaller street-scape projects, parklands, wetlands and commercial developments. Your other key purpose here will be to nurture, develop, teach and lead a team, under the captaincy of a highly capable Studio Director. Where You'll work from a based office in Melbourne's tight inner east with 7 other Landscape Architects. Flexibility is available but you'll be office based 4 days a week. Day to day, you'll be: marking up design and documentation mostly done by others. contributing strategically to design - generating big, crazy, sustainable ideas meeting with clients to develop business opportunities (warm leads existing relationships) teaching, mentoring, supervising leading projects end to end (or supervising others doing this) About you We'd love aplications from Senior and Associate level, Registered Landscape Architects who have previously run a large variety of projects end to end. You'll be handed a project, a client, from early stages and the rest will be yours to nurture. We'd also like to see previous team engagement. You'll have been a key part in a team in your former or current role. The ability to influence and inspire, will be well-received.
