As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Retail Manager to lead our Canowindra store. Role Overview As the Retail Manager, you will be responsible for the full scope of store operations. This role requires a proactive leader who can balance day-to-day management with strategic planning to drive sales and create outstanding customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Product Management : Select and manage the product range, monitor inventory, and ensure service standards meet customer expectations. Purchasing & Marketing : Implement purchasing strategies and effective marketing campaigns; establish and review pricing policies. Sales & Promotion : Promote products and services; engage with customers to understand their needs and provide product guidance. Record Keeping : Maintain accurate stock, sales, and financial transaction records. Budgeting : Develop, monitor, and report on store budgets to ensure financial performance. Staff Management : Lead recruitment, training, and performance of store staff; build a positive and high-performing team culture. Compliance : Ensure adherence to all workplace health and safety standards and company policies. About You You are a confident leader with strong retail experience and a hands-on approach to store management. You’re customer-focused, financially savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
