How You Will Make An Impact You will work closely with the CyberCX Customer Team, taking responsibility for designing complex managed security services for our clients. This role involves leading the end-to-end process of pre-sales, design, transition, and implementation of large, complex programs and solutions. Day-to-day Responsibilities Lead the development of CyberCX solutions for major and strategic accounts. Develop the vision for solutions and oversee their execution. Coordinate development efforts for customer solutions. Scope and design technical solutions, including: SIEM solutions such as Splunk Vulnerability scanning and management solutions like Tenable Networks Next-generation firewalls such as Palo Alto Networks Application delivery solutions like F5 Endpoint Detection and Response solutions such as CrowdStrike Threat intelligence, cloud security, data protection, CASB, among others Collaborate with sales and presales architects on proposals and bids for both technical and executive stakeholders. Design, develop, and evolve MSS offerings' architecture, scope, positioning, and pricing. Lead design workshops and develop documentation with the professional services team. Skills & Qualifications Degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience. Vendor and industry certifications such as CSSLP, SANS, OSCP, CREST, Prince2, and ITIL are preferred. Experience in solution selling and designing tailored solutions within limited timeframes. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, capable of building credibility with senior leaders. Ability to influence and lead diverse teams across practices. Strong technical understanding of a broad range of cybersecurity activities and services, with a foundation to learn new technologies.
