In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For Provision of industry and workforce management expertise and rostering best practices to benefit customers and colleagues. Implementing software in various environments using professional consulting concepts. Reviewing business process analysis. Developing and configuring creative solutions to meet challenging customer requirements. Following practices and procedures in analyzing various business situations or data. Providing knowledge transfer to customers. Analyzing requirements and creating documentation, diagrams, and feature specifications. Leading workshops and sessions to drive informed decision-making and gather requirements. Advising customers on system configuration, industry-specific features, and system processes and procedures. Collaborating with product management, clients, and peers to suggest improvements for solutions and outcomes. Basic Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in the delivery and implementation of UKG solutions. Proven track record of strong consulting skills. A thorough understanding of business, process design, and technology related to workforce management. Broad knowledge of labour management, rostering, HR/Payroll, ERP, or similar systems. Flexibility to travel as needed. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Experience with retail forecasting modules.
