The Gastroenterology and Hepatology Unit are looking for a Motility & IBD Fellow to join their team. Provision of inpatient and outpatient consultative services with an emphasis on patients with Disorders of Gut Brain Interaction (DGBI), Motility disorders and patients with inflammatory bowel disorders. Actively participate in diagnostic and therapeutic services for patients with the above conditions who are under the care of the Department of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at registrar/fellow level. About The Role To participate in clinical and translational research projects within the Department of Gastroenterology and Hepatology. Participate in the provision of the out of hours on call roster for clinical Gastroenterology and Hepatology services at a registrar/fellow level. This commitment is generally on a 1 in 5-6 basis. Participate in the training and supervision of registrars, resident medical officers and medical students as set out in the addendum, Registrar's Role as a Clinical Teacher. Comply with and utilise procedures, organisational policies (including manual handling*), regulations and standards, which impact on the position including contemporary human resource management issues of workplace health and safety, equal employment opportunity and anti-discrimination.
