About The Role The range of activities undertaken by the Youth Support Coordinator include: Interagency collaboration and community engagement through attendance at community meetings and networking with local servicesIdentification of students at risk of disengagingCase management on individual level and participation in Student Support and Wellbeing TeamsDevelopment and facilitation of lunchtime programs (lunch and breakfast club) responsive student needsDevelopment and facilitation of social skills and other Student Support Programs responsive to student needs and school dataBeing an active part of the school and wider community Interested?
