The opportunity Working across Village Roadshow Theme Parks you will be responsible for set up, pack down and food and beverage service at our one of a kind events such as breakfast with the Dolphins, gala dinners or cocktail parties in the Scooby Doo Coaster Castle! Successful candidates will be immaculately presented and hold a valid QLD RSA certificate (Essential) Candidates with a manual driver’s license & forklift accredited will be preferred (not essential). Your Day To Day Meet and greet guests and seat them as required Ensure responsible service of alcohol to all guests Set up and pack down of the event, such as table settings/staging requirements and venue theming Provide food and beverage service to a delegated area or table What You’ll Bring QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol Statement of Attainment essential Own transport required as no public transport is available in the evenings Event and banquet experience and food safety knowledge Bar operation knowledge Fine dining and waiting experience is an advantage Wine appreciation knowledge is an advantage Ability to work on any day including weekends, school holidays and nights
