Workskil Australia is looking for an experienced and inspiring National Transition to Work (TtW) Manager to lead our national TtW program across multiple locations. This senior role reports directly into Executive and offers the opportunity to shape the direction and performance of a critical program for young Australians, while growing and coaching a national leadership team. What you’ll be doing: Reporting to the Executive - National Business Development Manager, you’ll lead and support Regional TtW Managers and complimentary support staff - a Program Support Officer, and a Employee Mentor nationally. Your core focus will be to: Lead and coach a national team of TtW leaders to achieve high performance and meet contractual, financial and quality requirements. Build strong relationships with key national stakeholders – government, employers, training providers and other partners. Develop and implement national youth employment initiatives aligned to labour market and educational needs. Drive service delivery excellence, using performance data, compliance and customer insights to improve outcomes. Ensure regional teams are engaged, well-resourced, and delivering on the Workskil Australia TtW model and business plan. What we’re looking for: We’re seeking someone who is not just operationally strong - but someone who can truly develop leaders , inspire teams, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation. You will bring: 5 years’ experience in Employment or Youth Services, with a strong track record in leadership will be highly regarded, but not absolutely essential. Demonstrated ability to lead geographically dispersed teams in a values-driven environment. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders. Certificate IV in Employment Services, Career Development or Youth or higher (general qualification) is essential. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, data interpretation, and reporting. A current driver’s licence and willingness and ability to travel intrastate and interstate as required. What’s in it for you?
