The Role We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our high-performing People & Culture team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave. About You 1–3 years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment within a fast-paced or high-volume environment Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience partnering with senior leaders Comfortable hiring across various functions, especially clinical and operational roles Organised, proactive, and outcome-focused with strong attention to detail Skilled in digital sourcing strategies and platforms Passionate about people, communication, and creating a great candidate journey Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume and specialist roles across clinical, operational, and corporate functions Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies Provide timely, transparent communication to stakeholders and candidates throughout the process Source top talent using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek Talent Search Promote a seamless and inclusive candidate experience aligned with our values Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal processes Use data and feedback to continuously improve recruitment outcomes Act as a champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring activities Why Join Us?
