Description Role Purpose Support the successful configuration, deployment, and ongoing support of the UKG Pro WFM System across IHG managed hotels. Act as a key liaison between product managers, hotel teams, to ensure accurate data collection, system readiness, and effective training. Key Accountabilities Assist in the data collection and preparation for hotel builds within UKG, including labour rules, mandates, and configuration needs. Support the product managers by coordinating hotel configurations across EMEAA regions, including scheduling, timekeeping, and system integrations. Collaborate with the training manager to deliver localised training materials (by country/cluster), ensuring alignment with labour laws and hotel requirements. Provide first-line support to hotels via service now, ensuring smooth system operation and escalating complex issues appropriately. Focus on specific implementation support needs, including Japan, with emphasis on testing, compliance with local labour laws, and ServiceNow support readiness. Provide support to Product Managers on System Integrations such as People Imports (supporting CRT Maintenance), Payroll Export, Volume Driver Imports (Actual, Forecast and Budget) etc for EMEAA. Assist in Dataview Management across EMEAA and support the Product Managers with the building of new DV’s based on requirements.
