Available Shifts: Split shifts, day shifts, and sleepovers (5pm-9am). Potential to transition into permanent part-time (PPT) for the right candidate. Bowral Site X 2 casuals A high support home for male and female clients with a combination of intellectual and physical disabilities . Requires someone confident in personal care , manual handling , meal prep , and transporting clients in wheelchairs . Available Shifts: Split shifts, day shifts, afternoon shifts, and sleepovers (5pm-9am). Your role Supporting adults with complex mental health and, intellectual and physical disabilities in an independent living model. Following positive behaviour support and care support plans as directed by clinical teams and site managers. Encouraging capacity building to enhance clients’ current skills, such as hygiene, safe relationships, domestic duties, using public transport and accessing the community safely. Promoting choice and control and show willingness to participate in clients’ day to day routines, goals, and interests. Providing personal care with dignity and respect. Some of our requirements: We are aware there are quite a few compliance checks (listed below) for this role however, what’s important to us is that you have regular access to your own car and a P2 NSW Drivers Licence or higher and flexible availability across a 24/7 roster which may include, mornings (6am-2pm OR 7am-3pm), afternoons (2pm-10pm OR 3pm- 11pm), sleepover (5pm-9am).
