Responsibilities include delivering high-quality urology services to emergency, inpatient, and outpatient settings. Key Responsibilities Support the development of urology services Promote a culture of learning and best practice Support urology research initiatives Selection Criteria Specialist registration or eligibility with AHPRA Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) or equivalent Evidence of ongoing medical education and quality improvement practices Experience in delivering high-quality clinical services and participating in quality improvement activities Commitment to teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students Professional behavior and effective communication skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Research experience relevant to the department’s needs Additional Requirements This is a Category ‘A’ position.
