Job Description As Effectiveness and Strategy Lead, you will oversee the team responsible for measuring Nine client campaigns, driving campaign effectiveness, and protecting premium revenue. You will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver standout results that support client retention, business growth, and the overall success of Nine's sales division. Day to day you will: Lead client and internal conversations to maximise sponsorship impact. Drive strategic input in client workshops and ‘Sprints’. Represent Nine’s measurement capabilities and contribute to SLT initiatives. Set up, manage, and analyse client campaign performance with measurement partners. Support sales teams with effectiveness requests, presenting results and actionable recommendations. Protect premium revenue by highlighting successes and identifying opportunities for improvement. Grow premium revenue by sharing key results, developing case studies, and creating collateral. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align on goals, funding, and timelines. Manage the effectiveness budget and process supplier invoices.
