Your Next Role Reporting to the Warehouse Manager you will be focused on effectively coordinating shifts to ensure the suitable resources are available and fully trained in their respective areas. All our people go home in the same condition they came to work; safety before production.The team are engaged, have the tools to do their job, and have the confidence and ability to affect change.Shift or area production results are consistently delivered to plan; we are here to serve our Customers. Plant breakdowns and faults are identified and addressed in an efficient, proactive manner with the right teams and resources. A culture of continuous improvement is evident where you lead the team to partner with stakeholders to achieve output efficiencies in safety, quality and delivery. Improvements and solutions optimise the efficiency of the plant and are identified in a timely manner. A high level of housekeeping is maintained throughout the area of responsibility using pro-active practices. Tuan/Maryborough You will be based at our plant in the Tuan Forest, located in the beautiful Fraser Coast region. This coastal town offers affordable living and is proudly home to Queensland’s greatest icons including Fraser Island. About You Leadership experience in a similar position with demonstrated ability to coach, mentor and train team members.Demonstrated experience in service delivery, planning and customer relations, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Experience in lean manufacturing, or JIT (Just In Time) advantageous.Ability to work flexible hours including shift work as required.
