As the DMR Quality Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of documents scanned into the Digital Medical Record system. You'll be responsible for conducting quality assurance checks, correcting errors, supporting data entry and reporting, and collaborating with clinical teams to enhance documentation standards. What We Are Looking For Experience working in medical records, clinical information, or health administration roles.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.Excellent planning and organisational skills to meet deadlines and support team outcomes.Proficiency using a range of computer hardware, software, and electronic systems.Certificate in Medical Terminology (or substantial knowledge of medical terminology). Key Responsibilities Analyse and correct errors identified through peer Quality Assurance (QA) checking.Conduct full QA reviews on priority document batches.Maintain accurate statistics and support data entry tasks.Uphold records management practices aligned with legislative requirements.Model behaviours that reflect NSW Health values and cultural respect initiatives.
