The Conservatory Restaurant is our elegant all-day breakfast destination located on level one of the hotel. Your Day to Day · Lead and oversee the daily operations of Conservatory Restaurant, ensuring smooth service delivery and exceptional guest experiences. · Directly manage a large team of service staff, chefs, and leaders, ensuring the team is motivated, trained, and performing at a high standard. · Drive operational and financial performance, including managing costs, revenue generation, and achieving guest satisfaction metrics (particularly breakfast service scores). · Coach, mentor, and develop your team through recruitment, onboarding, training, and leadership development to build the next generation of leaders. · Ensure the consistent delivery of Forbes Travel Guide-inspired service excellence and anticipate guest needs throughout their experience. · Collaborate with Sales, Commercial, Rooms Division, and wider hotel operations to ensure smooth coordination, group arrivals, and guest-specific needs. · Maintain a close focus on quality control, ensuring the food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards. · Drive initiatives to maximise revenue and efficiency while maintaining a balanced approach to guest satisfaction and operational excellence. · Peripheral responsibility for In-Room Dining, overseeing the Assistant Manager, coaching, developing, and leading their growth to ensure consistency in service and operational efficiency across all touchpoints.
