About The Opportunity Join the team at Hinkler Hall of Aviation and Fairymead House, where you’ll play a key role in daily operations by delivering exceptional front-line customer service. This position focuses on providing a welcoming and enjoyable visitor experience through effective reception and support services. About You Demonstrated experience in the provision of high-quality customer service in a Tourist environment. Intermediate to advanced computer literacy, with experience using databases, Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Sound organisational skills, including the ability to manage and prioritise tasks. Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team with a positive ‘can do’ attitude. Well-developed interpersonal and written communications skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to problem solve effectively. Willingness to work on a roster, including weekend and public holiday work as required. Current C Class Drivers Licence. Certification for suitability to work with children desirable.
