The Opportunity Toll People are currently seeking experienced Medium Rigid (MR) Drivers for gas cylinder deliveries based out of our client's depot in Tamworth. In this customer-facing role, you'll represent the Toll Group with professionalism, safety, and reliability. This is a Monday to Friday role, with occasional Saturday work during the winter months. Key Responsibilities Load and unload gas cylinders (full and empty) from delivery truck Conduct multi-drop deliveries across the Central Coast (25-40 stops per day) Carry out pre-start vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness Complete all required paperwork and delivery documentation Manage stock and maintain accurate cylinder counts Conduct gas cylinder exchanges at customer sites (domestic customers) Check cylinder joints for leaks and operate the truck's tailgate safely What We're Looking For A current MR Driver's Licence with at least 2 years' experience A strong safety focus and knowledge of fatigue management regulations Clean and responsible driving history Two solid work references that confirm driving ability Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Excellent customer service and communication skills What's On Offer Full training provided (no gas delivery experience necessary) Uniforms supplied Supportive and team-oriented work environment Ongoing, consistent work with a reputable national brand About Toll People Toll People is one of Australia's leading providers of talent solutions for the transport, logistics, and supply chain sectors.
