We’re looking for a skilled and driven Project Manager to join our team at our Waroona workshop , where you'll take ownership of critical projects and help shape the way we deliver for our clients. About the Role Located at our fully equipped Waroona workshop , you’ll play a key role in delivering projects from initial enquiry through to final handover. Your ability to plan, coordinate and oversee every detail will ensure each project is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standards of safety and quality. You’ll work closely with trades teams, technical staff, suppliers and clients. Bringing everything together to make sure our projects run smoothly and exceed expectations. What You’ll Be Doing Preparing scopes of work, BOMs and accurate quotes for client enquiries Coordinating the delivery of workshop-based projects with a focus on cost, quality and schedule Managing procurement and supplier negotiations for project-specific components and services Leading compliance reporting, project documentation and client communications Driving continuous improvement and condition monitoring across workshop operations Collaborating across departments including engineering, workshop, finance and stores Ensuring full use and compliance with internal systems (including EXO, INX, QMS, HR and SMS) What Experience You’ll Bring Proven experience in project coordination or project management Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organisational and planning ability Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with MYOB EXO or similar ERP systems Ability to build effective relationships and deliver outcomes through teamwork and accountability An eye for detail and a commitment to safety, quality and efficiency What Qualifications You’ll Need Certificate IV in Project Management or equivalent Minimum ‘C’ class driver’s licence Why This Role Stands Out This is a chance to take the lead in a workshop-based role where your input is valued and your results are visible.
