You'll be delivering foundational web development training to adult learners in a supportive and structured learning environment. What You'll Be Doing: Teaching the basics of web development (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, version control) to small groups Helping students understand the core principles of software programming Guiding learners through hands-on projects and assessments Working closely with a passionate team to deliver an impactful curriculum Supporting individuals in developing confidence, digital skills, and job readiness About You: Strong foundational knowledge in web development and software programming Previous experience in teaching, mentoring, or training others (formal or informal) Clear communicator with patience and empathy Passionate about making a difference and supporting those seeking a new start Comfortable working in a structured learning environment and open to travelling to Wellington, NSW Bonus if you have: Experience in community programs, education, or social impact roles Exposure to startup or fast-paced environments Previous work with adult learners or in non-traditional education settings
