Your New Role As the WHS Manager, you'll lead the maintenance and continuous improvement of the WHS Management System, aligned with ISO 45001 and AS 4801 standards. You'll be a key driver of a "safety first and always" culture. Key responsibilities include: Engaging with staff at all levels Leading WHS strategy, planning, and compliance Conducting risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations Overseeing emergency response, first aid, and return-to-work programs Driving continuous improvement and WHS initiatives What We're Looking For Above all else, you will be a people person with a knack for engaging, supporting and leading from the front.
