Project Manager - Immediate Start Location : Brisbane & Surrounding Areas Industry: Education & Government Projects Project Type: Fit-out Projects up to $2M Salary: $180,000 Superannuation The Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager for one of our Fit-Out clients immediately. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in managing fit-out projects, particularly within education and government sectors. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage fit-out projects up to $2M in value from initiation to completion. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Oversee site activities and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements. Manage project documentation, reporting, and financials. Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on fit-out projects. Site Supervisor Licence (essential). Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
