Job Responsibilities: Executive & Administrative Support Manage LinkedIn activity, including adding followers and researching prospective clients. Assist with preparing and attending internal and client meetings, check-ins, and business development (BD) sessions. Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and airport transfers. Maintain and update the Resource Planning Tool and other business documentation. Support scheduling and organization of internal events (social, learning, and team building). Manage email decluttering and communications on behalf of senior leaders. Order and deliver gifts and office supplies, and support office lease administration. Liaise with IT for helpdesk support and escalate issues as needed. Assist with recruitment-related tasks and candidate follow-ups. Business Development & Marketing Support Conduct outreach to potential clients via LinkedIn, email, phone, and face-to-face interactions. Help generate ideas for social media and marketing content. Coordinate and compile content contributions from various stakeholders. Prepare and issue BD materials, such as capability statements and follow-up emails. Track client and prospect engagement and maintain contact databases. Contribute to the development of the BD strategy and target client list. Research and gather intel on potential clients using LinkedIn and other platforms. Finance & Operations Support Review aged debtors and follow up on outstanding payments. Chase overdue client invoices and team timesheets. Finalize client invoicing and support invoicing guidance. Review and authorize payments on CommBiz and clear supplier invoices. Provide input on budgeting, financial plans (FPs), and profitability reviews. Assist with revenue analysis and preparation of financial reports. Support project-related reporting (e.g., AHO, CMRI, Eighteen Park, Redcape, Kai) Maintain accurate financial records and assist with audits and compliance. Education and Work Experience: With three (3) years of experience in administration, executive support, and social media marketing. Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools Familiarity with finance systems, invoicing tools, LinkedIn, major social media platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, and X), and market research tools is a plus. Able to work both independently and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
